I just wanted to compliment you on your work.  You are so thorough and efficient with an impressive knowledge foundation that never ceases to amaze me.  How do you retain all that info?!!!    You are SO great with the clients and the other agents unlike so many other inspectors.  Then there is the report!!!

Your report is so outstanding with the pictures and the descriptions and the arrows...... THE BEST!!!    After using so many other non-professionals, you are such an honor to work with that I cannot even begin to convey in words.  When I show my clients your report, they are so impressed with the amount of work you put into this, it is never a question of how much they pay for the service....which is standard to the substandard competition by the way!

I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how much I truly appreciate you and all the effort you put into your work.  Your high standards of ethics and honesty are second to NONE!
